Trittico di Gamberi dinner (10/22/2019)

We are pleased to invite you in Sannazzaro de’ Burgondi (PV) at the Ottocentodieci restaurant on Friday, November 22nd 2019 for a special dinner featuring three Oltrepò Pavese award-winning wines, including our Pinot 64 Brut. The event is part of a series created by Bevi Oltrepò with the aim of promoting the cuisine of the best restaurants of the province of Pavia paired with the Oltrepò Pavese wines awarded by the Gambero Rosso, Slow Wine and Vitae wine guides.

Fassona beef tartare, dashi, poached quail egg, turnip tops
