We have created a tasty black truffle menu for a special dinner at our agriturismo Calice dei Cherubini on Saturday, August 29th! The dinner will be served in a designated area surrounded by our vines.

Egg en cocotte with black truffle
Handmade 32-egg tagliolini with alpine butter and black truffle
Low-temperature cooked beef picanha with truffle vinaigrette and black truffle served with julienne cut zucchini
Tiramisù
Coffee from our moka pot and our Bonarda Grappa
Each course of the menu will be paired with a glass of our wines.
