Cena "Tartufo e PInot Nero" (21 settembre 2018)

A tasting dinner to celebrate two jewels of gastronomy: black truffle and Pinot Noir. Each course will be enriched by slices of black truffle and paired with our Pinot Noir-based wines and sparkling wines.

Lard served with warm flatbreads – Pinot Noir vinified as a white wine 2017 (semi-sparkling)
Pumpkin flan with Crescenza cheese sauce – Pinot 64 Brut
Chopped raw Fassona beef – NorEma Pas Dosé Vintage 2014
Handmade potato gnocchi with local cheese sauce- Pinot Nero Fioravanti 2017
Braised beef cheek with Polenta crouton – Pinot Nero (Segni di Langa winery)
Truffle ice cream filled with Tiramisù – Sangue di Giuda 2017
