The 2026 edition of the Sparkle wine guide will be presented in Rome at the Westin Excelsior on Saturday, November 29th 2025. The guide, edited by the Cucina & Vini magazine, is the only wine guide that features only Italian sparkling wines.
A grand tasting of the sparkling wines awarded by the guide with the Five Spheres top prize will be open from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. We will present Metodo Classico Riva Rinetti Pas Dosé 2020.
