SCHEDULE OF THE EXPERIENCE
10:30 AM
Arrival of the participants at our winery.
IMPORTANT: we kindly ask you to arrive on time, not late or too early; please note that bar service is not available.
10:45 AM
After a brief explanation of the techniques of the grape harvest, each participant will receive a pair of scissors.
Each participant will share one plastic basket with another participant.
Please wear sportswear and running shoes.
IMPORTANT: please bring gardening or working gloves.
IMPORTANT: it is mandatory to bring an extra pair of shoes to access the rooms of the agriturismo after the harvest.
11:00 AM
• Walk to the vineyard; each participant is assigned to one row of the vineyard
• Hand-harvest of the grapes in plastic boxes
• Transportation of the boxes at the winery
• Grape stomping by bare feet (please bring a big towel)
• Tasting of the fresh must obtained from the stomping
12:15 PM
Guided tour of the winery.
01:00 PM
The picnic baskets are given to the participants.
The basket contains:
• one sandwich with salame
• one sandwich with goat’s milk cheese and vegetables
• homemade dessert
• 1 bottle of water
• 1 bottle of Metodo Classico Michél Extra Brut every 2-3 persons
IMPORTANT: please let us know in advance if you follow a vegetarian or vegan diet, or if you suffer from food allergies or intolerances.

End of the experience.
CHILDREN
Please note that the experience includes a dedicated staff member to welcome and guide you. We therefore ask you to respect their work with appropriate behavior. Children are welcome, with a few recommendations for adults: parents must supervise their children throughout the entire experience and cannot leave them unattended anywhere (including outdoor areas); parents must also ensure that children do not disturb other guests.
PETS
In compliance with hygiene and health regulations, pets of any kind are not allowed in the production areas. Pets are only permitted in outdoor spaces and tasting areas, provided they are kept on a leash and under the strict supervision and responsibility of the owner. Leaving pets unattended is strictly prohibited.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the experience, as indicated at the time of booking.
