Your experience starts with a guided tour of our winery. We will stop in one of our vineyards to talk about our organic philosophy of work, then in the wine-making area and we will end the tour visiting one of the cellars where our Metodo Classico sparkling wines are ageing on the lees.

WINE TASTING
The tour will be followed by a guided tasting of 4 Metodo Classico sparkling wines representative of our winery and reviewed on the most important national and international wine guides.
The 4 glasses will be paired with a selection of quality local food.
Please note that the starting time of the tour is firm; a late arrival will result in missing the guided tour.
