Fondazione Italiana Sommelier Veneto has organized a wine tasting focused on Pinot Noir based Metodo Classico sparkling wines from Oltrepò Pavese.
The tasting will be hosted in the halls of the Due Torri Hotel (piazza Santa Anastasia, 4) and will open at 7.30 pm.
The tasting will feature our Dosaggio Zero Millesimato 2010 and Cruasé as well as Metodo Classico by other 8 wineries (Alessio Brandolini, Bruno Verdi, Calatroni, F.lli Giorgi, Frecciarossa, Picchioni, Piccolo Bacco dei Quaroni e Tenuta Scarpa Colombi). The wines will be paired with Salame di Varzi DOP and Oltrepò Pavese local cheese.
