We will present our wines at Castello in Bianco, a tasting event organised by the Viva Bacco 2.0 association and endorsed by the municipality of Desenzano del Garda. The event, which will be hosted in the castle of Desenzano, has been conceived as a trip through white wines produced by winegrowers who are trying hard to resist to the homogenisation of taste.
Friday, May 20th 2016:
presentation of the event and grand opening dinner at Caterina De Medici vocational school (via Michelangelo, 33). The all-inclusive price is euro 30,00 (5-course menu). Reservation is required, please call +39.331.4469115.
Saturday, May 21st 2016 (opening hours: 02:00 pm-08:00 pm):
a day of guided tastings. Check out the Castello in Bianco, website for the prices of the tastings. Reservation is required.
Sunday, May 22nd 2016 (opening hours: 10:00 am-07:30 pm):
you could taste and buy the wines directly from the winegrower. Admission fee (including one tasting glass): euro 10,00. In the courtyard of the castle you will find an artisan food market. You can also participate to flower-arranging workshops at 11:00 am, 03:00 pm and 05:00 pm.
From Monday 16th to Sunday 22nd 2016 14 local restaurants will offer special tasting menus (check out the Fuori Bianco page on the Castello in Bianco website).
