Prato Gaio restaurant is one of the 100 restaurants selected by Slow Wine for its annual celebratory dinner. The menu will feature pairings with the wines awarded by the 2017 Slow Wine guide, including our Metodo Classico Rosé NorEma Pas Dosé Vintage 2012. The event has been organized with the collaboration of Paolo Camozzi (Slow Wine delegate for the Oltrepò Pavese area) and Teresio Nardi (Slow Food delegate for the Oltrepò Pavese area).
