The Spinà Vini wine-shop in Pavia has organized a tasting dinner titled “Tubera et vinum” at the restaurant of the Associazione Motonautica Pavia (strada Canarazzo 9, Pavia) on Friday April 7th at 8pm.

The menu will feature pairings with a selection of our wines:

Paolo Parisi’s eggs with Acqualagna truffle
Little timbale of seasonal vegetables with Robiola di Roccaverano sauce
Risotto Carnaroli with Acqualagna truffle
Artisan Sassello sweets and mixed fruit Amaretti

Price is euro 25 per person and includes the four-course menu, a glass of wine for each course, water, coffee and a food gift. Reservation is required. Payment must be made in advance of the dinner at the Spinà Vini wine-shop (viale della Libertà 17b, Pavia) before April 4th.
